We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

Unopened and unused products may be returned by You in the unlikely event of external damage, defects or a delivery not matching Your order, and will be refunded in full, including a standard delivery cost incurred by You in returning the goods to Us, or a free replacement will be given, as applicable.

Opened food products are non returnable for hygienic and food security reasons.

However, in the event of Your first order with Us, if the tea that You have purchased is not satisfactory to Your taste and liking, You may ask Us for a refund of the full amount of Your order value upto a maximum of Rs 500.00, or take the same quantity of another tea from Our collection, free of cost.
