These Terms and Conditions regulate the business relationship between You, our Customer/Potential Customer/Visitor and Us, High Grade Teas LLP. Please read this agreement carefully. By accessing, browsing or using this website for buying from Us or transacting through the website in any way, You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, and as they may be amended from time to time, which, together with the Order Receipt and Processing Confirmation constitute the entire agreement and govern the relationship between Us, High Grade Teas LLP, and You. These terms and Conditions apply, so far as the context allows, to You as a visitor to our Website; and in any event to You as a buyer or prospective buyer of our Goods. The order process allows You to check and amend any errors before submitting Your order to Us.
All the information on Our Website has been provided in good faith and is for general informational purposes only. It should not be relied upon for any specific purpose and no representation or warranty is given as regards its accuracy or completeness. The images of the Products on our site are for illustrative purposes only. We cannot guarantee that Your computer’s display of the colors accurately reflects the color of the Goods. Your Order shall constitute an offer from You to buy goods from Our Website. After Placing Your Order You will receive an Order Receipt and Processing Confirmation by email. That is when our contract is made. We expect to dispatch Your order within 2-3 working days of receiving Your Order. If for any reason We are unable to supply Your Order We will inform You of this by email and not process Your order. If You have already paid for the goods, We will refund you the full amount.

Force Majeure
Neither You nor We shall be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance, of any of Our obligations under a Contract that is caused by an event outside Our control, including without limitation, strikes, lockouts, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or its threat, war or its threat, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, epidemic or other natural disasters and acts of God. Obligations of both sides will be suspended till such time such circumstances exist and the time for performance of obligations will be extended for the duration of such events.
Limitation of Liability
Our maximum liability under any event or circumstances is restricted to the amount that You have paid for the products including delivery charges. You hereby waive all other remedies, warranties, guarantees or liabilities arising from law or otherwise, for any damages, however caused, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, consequential, incidental, punitive or otherwise, against Us, Our officers, partners, representatives and employees for any loss of profits, business interruption, any computer related damage or loss of data, transmission of viruses or bugs. This limitation is an essential element of this agreement. If any dispute arises relating to the products purchased it will be subject to New Delhi, India jurisdiction.
